Paid cards are labeled as sponsored placement. Payment changes placement and presentation. It does not change MORTL's editorial coverage or create an endorsement.
All plans are monthly. Approval makes placement live and starts the subscription. Stripe attempts the first charge within one day.

Common Questions
How quickly will my listing go live?
The listing stays private while MORTL checks the submitted phone, website, business address, category, and credential information. There is no subscription or charge while the listing is pending. Approval makes the sponsored placement live immediately and starts the subscription. Stripe attempts the first monthly charge within one day after approval.
Can I update my listing info later?
Yes. Sign in and open My Listing to update the business name, category, location, phone, website, credential, and any tier-eligible bio.
What's the difference between tiers?
Basic gets you a featured badge and top placement. Pro adds a highlighted card design and a bio paragraph. Premium adds a rotating spotlight on the Find Help homepage and state guide mentions.
Do you guarantee leads?
No. MORTL provides the placement and card features listed for each tier. Traffic, clicks, inquiries, leads, and revenue are not guaranteed.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel a pending review to remove the saved payment method without a charge. After approval, cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current subscription period. If you cancel before the first charge is attempted, the subscription ends before that charge. Otherwise, placement stays active through the current paid period. There is no cancellation fee.
