Provider Corrections

What You Can Request

If you are a provider listed in the MORTL directory, or if you are reporting an issue with a listed provider, you may request:

• Claim a listing. Verify that you are associated with the provider and submit updated listing information for MORTL's review
• Correct a listing. Update inaccurate name, contact information, location, category, or description
• Remove a listing. Request that your provider listing be removed from the directory
• Report inaccurate information. Flag a listing that contains incorrect or outdated information
• Report a provider issue. Report a concern about a listed provider's conduct, licensing, or status

How to Submit a Request

Email providers@mortl.com with the subject line "Provider Correction" and include:

• The name of the provider and the URL of their listing on MORTL
• The type of request (claim, correction, removal, inaccuracy report, or issue report)
• A description of the issue or the corrected information
• Any supporting documentation, if applicable

What Happens Next

MORTL reviews all provider correction requests. We may update, suspend, or remove listings at our discretion. We do not guarantee that every request will result in a change, and we may require verification before making updates.

MORTL does not independently verify license status, insurance status, pricing, availability, quality of service, disciplinary history, or outcomes of listed providers.
