You'll run the account: the invite link, the seat count and the reports. You create a free account at the next step.

Anyone who signs in with an email on these domains joins on their own. Everyone else joins with your invite link.

How you'll pay

The order form

  1. MORTL Premium for up to the number of employees on this order, for one year from the day access starts.
  2. People join with a link you share, or by signing in with an email on a domain you add. A person who joins takes one seat. You can see how many seats are used, never who joined, what anyone wrote, or which part of MORTL anyone uses.
  3. Reports are counts and averages only, and any figure from fewer than 5 people is withheld.
  4. Everything the pricing card on mortl.com/for-employers or mortl.com/for-schools lists for your year is included. The parts a person delivers, such as the manager training session and the customized response plan, are booked from your admin page.
  5. Nothing renews on its own. About 60 days before the year ends, you get the renewal price for your headcount and a link to pay online. If you don't renew, access ends on the end date and each person's own account and documents stay theirs.
  6. Payment: by card or bank transfer (ACH) through Stripe. Access starts when the payment clears. A bank transfer can take a few business days.
  7. Refunds follow section 13 of MORTL's terms: email hello@mortl.com within 14 days of the charge and MORTL reviews the request.
  8. MORTL's privacy policy (mortl.com/privacy) and terms (mortl.com/terms) apply to every person who joins.

Card payments open your admin page right away. Bank transfers open it when they clear, usually in a few business days.
