$2,500 for the first year, for up to 100 employees. Renewal is $2 per employee per month at renewal, billed annually, with a $2,500 annual minimum.

Choose a launch date and company HR contact.
Review the templates below against your actual leave, payroll, benefits, and privacy policies.
Send the announcement and publish the intranet copy.
Give managers the two printable response guides before launch.

How to activate

2. Create or sign in to your account with your [COMPANY] work email.
3. Open My Dashboard. Covered Premium access is applied automatically.

Privacy
Your employer receives aggregate utilization reporting only. Your documents, wishes, family information, and individual activity remain private.
