Copy email copies the formatted email, logo and button included, to paste into a new message. Copy text is for plain-text email. Download .html is for an email tool that imports a file. Replace [First name] by hand, or with your email tool’s first-name field. If you left the name blank, replace [Organization] too.

How to send it
- Send the emails from your own email system, under your own name. MORTL never sees your list.
- Send the launch email first. Open enrollment is a good time for it, and so is National Estate Planning Awareness Week, the third full week of October.
- Send the month-two email 30 days after the launch email.
- Put the new-hire email in your onboarding packet.
- Leave out anyone on bereavement leave this month. Send them this page instead: mortl.com/when-someone-dies
- This kit isn’t for funeral homes or hospices. The families you serve are grieving, and a separate kit for you comes later.
- The tracked links let MORTL count visits and new accounts from your send. They carry your organization’s name and nothing about any person.
