The legal tools cover the 50 US states and DC. Outside the US, the writing, the funeral and grief tools, and The Folder all still work; the will, directive, probate, and estate tax tools are built on US state law and won't apply to you. One payment of $69. They get a full year of Premium, tied to their email, activated the moment they sign in. No code to lose.
Two things worth knowing. MORTL doesn't email the recipient, so you'll need to tell them yourself. If they already pay for Premium through Stripe, the $69 gift value becomes account credit toward future MORTL Premium invoices. Their current subscription remains active. Checkout is blocked when the email already has access that can’t use another year. If that changes while payment is processing, MORTL automatically refunds the gift.

MORTL for Employers gives every employee Premium as a benefit, with rollout support and utilization reporting for HR. $2,500 for the first year, for up to 100 employees; $2 per employee per month at renewal, billed annually, with a $2,500 annual minimum.
